Cancellation & Refund

At Sunrise Balloon Marrakech, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation:
    You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience and receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellation (less than 72 hours):
    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience are eligible for a partial refund, with a 30% cancellation fee applied.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations:
    If you do not show up or cancel on the day of the experience, no refund will be issued.

2. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change or reschedule your booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Changes requested less than 72 hours before the experience may not be accepted.

3. Weather & Safety Conditions

Hot air balloon flights are highly dependent on weather conditions and safety regulations.

  • If your flight is cancelled by us due to weather or safety reasons, you will have the option to:
    • Reschedule your experience, or
    • Receive a full refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment & Booking

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR (or USD where applicable).
